Women have asked me how I deal in a man’s world; especially in my investor groups. I remember attending mastermind group with a lot of flip-n-flippers and the conversation would be around latest power toys, tricks of the trade and man power. I created my group for Women so we can talk what we like the most, kids, shoes, sales, staging tips. However, the real estate market doesn’t care about gender. It only cares about how smart you are with your money. I have never felt any kind of prejudice or discounting among my investor friends. I think women make fantastic Real Estate investors. We are the nurturers. That’s part of what makes us so successful.
